New Crescent

The managing agents of New Crescent approached us with the objective of enhancing the site’s security without significantly altering the property’s appearance. Situated in a bustling area of London with a high crime rate, this new build required a security upgrade. The managing agent had inherited a malfunctioning electric gate installation, prompting our proposal to maintain the existing design while rebuilding the installation from scratch.

Our plan was presented and well-received, leading to its acceptance. We executed the project by installing a new set of automatic swing gates, renewing all local cable runs, conducting necessary groundwork, and adding 30 meters of matching wall top railing for neighbouring property protection. Additionally, we integrated a GSM entry phone system, installed a new pedestrian access gate with an electric lock, and completed all associated works, connections, and commissioning. The entire project was successfully executed within a 7-day timeframe at an approximate cost of 17k.
